So, August marks the countdown to the newest addition to the Elemental Assassin series by Jennifer Estep. Book 9 entitled Heart of Venom will hopefully give the readers some answers for Gin and Owen. I must say I am excited to see where Ms. Estep goes in this newest addition to a gritty and engrossing series. I just love when an author pulls off a sympathetic assassin character- and Ms. Estep did it with Gin! August 27th can't come fast enough!

For those unfamiliar, the Elemental Assassin series is Urban Fantasy that occasionally puts a toe across the romance line. There are Giants, Dwarves, Vampires, and Elementals. The heroine is a semi-retired assassin who can call stone and ice magic called Gin.
